Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman for our client, a leading commercial mechanical and construction services contractor, based in Phoenix, AZ.

The Foreman will supervise sheet metal crews across multiple job sites and coordinate with project management, superintendents, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of sheet metal experience, including 1 year in a leadership role, strong knowledge of blueprints and installation methods, and a valid driver's license; OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience, including at least 1 year in a foreman or leadership role.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for a large-scale contractor.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, installation methods, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

As a Sheet Metal Foreman, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting Project Management, Superintendents, and Sheet Metal field crews. Pay Range: $42-$45/hr.
