ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sheet Metal General Foreman to lead field operations for commercial sheet metal projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes supervising crews, reviewing plans, and ensuring quality installations while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience.
• At least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

• Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure quality installations and compliance with project requirements.

• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve field issues.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and quality control measures while conducting regular job site inspections.

Our client, a leading commercial mechanical and construction services contractor, is seeking a Sheet Metal General Foreman to join their team. As a Sheet Metal General Foreman, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting Project Management, Superintendents, and Sheet Metal field crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sheet Metal General Foreman

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $45-$50/hr.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience, including at least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for a large-scale contractor.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, installation methods, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
