We are looking for a full‑time Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team with the following qualifications:

$23-$25 Pay Range

• Install simple Metals
• Facia
• Drip Edge
• Straight Wall Panels
• Wall Panels
• Straight Run Gutters
• Coping Cap

$25-$28 Pay Range

• Install simple Metals
• Facia
• Drip Edge
• Straight Wall Panels
• Wall Panels
• Straight Run Gutters
• Coping Cap
• Miter Gutters
• Split Panels detail gutters
• Trim around windows/Doors
• Miter Coping Cap
• Install/Miter Downspouts
• Corundum Lining
• Soldering Plus, not required

Basic Roofing Qualifications

• Must be able to travel.
• Must be able to pass a drug test at all times.
• Must be able to tolerate the outdoor elements and weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Must be comfortable with high‑pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high‑rise buildings.
• To be able to use SMARTPHONE APPS for the roofing industry.

Foremen Qualifications

• Knowledge of all roofing products and applications
• Leadership qualities to manage and lead a large crew of 6‑8 team members
• Organized approach to work; accurately process paperwork; meet deadlines
• Good communication and customer service skills
