Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Sheeter Operator Assistant on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 3:15 AM) with a rotating quarterly schedule. This temp-to-hire role requires handling paper rolls, staging materials, and supporting machine operations in a production environment.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with OT possible. Responsibilities include rolling/staging, splicing assistance, measuring, ERP-based inventory tracking, and maintaining a safe, organized

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and stage paper rolls for production jobs.
• Assist with roll splicing and removing damaged material.
• Measure rolls and verify material information.
• Track inventory using ERP system.
• Assist with machine support and preventative maintenance.
• Stage finished pallets and maintain a clean work area.
