Job summary

Nosco is seeking a Sheeter Operator on third shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. You will coordinate and sheet substrate materials for the value stream and support production by following the direction of shift leads.

This role requires knowledge of printing and substrates, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong attendance. You will work with the production team to keep materials ready and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of printing and tools necessary to process jobs within specifications.
• Ability to see and differentiate paper with substrates.
• Commit to good attendance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sheet substrate materials for the value stream and follow shift leads for production support.
• Assist production tasks, unsupervised when needed to boost productivity.
• Maintain familiarity with ancillary equipment and expand knowledge through proactive learning.
• Communicate effectively with the shift production lead and adapt to changing requirements.
