Job summary

Phoenix Color, a company of Lakeside Book, Terre Haute, IN, is hiring for a Sheeting Helper-Light Equipment Operator 2. You will prepare rolls, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and stage products for the pressroom.

Qualifications include lifting 45–70 lbs, standing 12 hours, basic math, and strong communication. Preferred: high school diploma and 6–12 months forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 45-70 lbs and push/pull up to 1100 lbs with a manual pallet jack.
• Comfortable standing/walking for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math, reading, and measurement skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent + 6-12 months forklift/pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain rolls for machines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIV equipment.
• Package and stage products for the pressroom.
• Assist operators as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; prepare recyclable waste for transport.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Starting Pay: $19.15 - 20.15/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Pay Grade Rage : $19.15 - $25.00/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

What You'll Do:

As a LEO2/ Sheeting Helper, you'll keep our production moving by:

• Preparing and maintaining rolls for machines
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIV equipment
• Packaging and staging products for the pressroom
• Assisting operators as needed
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
  Preparing recyclable waste for transport
• Following all safety policies and procedures
