RRD is seeking a Press Operator 2 for the Sheetfed press on a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00am - 7:00pm) in Minnesota. The role requires setting up, operating, and maintaining the Heidelberg 640C press, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring color accuracy and print quality.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and determine press usage.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate and maintain the Heidelberg 640C press.
• Perform all make-ready tasks: hang plates, install cylinders, align images.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain the press; replace worn parts as needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
