Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job related experience.
• Strong computer skills on Windows and Mac OS.
• Proficient in MS Office and general networking.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instructions for customers on Heidelberg sheetfed products.
• Commission and instruct on press installations.
• Assist in color management and makeready optimization.
• Troubleshoot print application service calls and communicate with customers.
• Stay current with industry training and Heidelberg software innovations.
• Support productivity evaluations onsite for customers.
