Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC in Hanahan, SC is seeking an experienced Superintendent Sheet Metal to lead field operations, oversee crews, schedule resources, and ensure quality on multi-site projects.

The role requires strong sheet metal layout and installation experience, ability to read complex blueprints, manage personnel, and maintain safety protocols. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with sheet metal lay-out and installation.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources.
• Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Solve complex job-related problems or bring solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations.
• Liaison with client representatives.
• Attend all project meetings.
• Perform safety talks and keep check-in sheets.
• Maintain tool inspection reports.
• Submit employees’ (permanent and temporary) time to the office.
• Perform performance reviews for employees on the project.
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
