Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field installation on assigned projects, directing crews, coordinating layout and materials, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will represent ENFRA on the project, manage multiple crews (5+ teams of 2–3 workers), maintain schedule adherence, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications in a fast-paced environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers.
• Must have verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more.
• Minimum of 3 years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Must have advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
• Must manage to the budget, plan to the schedule, plan for the unexpected, meet or exceed project deadlines, while keeping safety first.
• Influence the workers to do it the company way and the installation to reflect the Company brand.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to the various project meetings.
• Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
• Material, tool and equipment handling; ordering, receiving, placing and returning.
• Contracts scope delineations; confirms that drawings and specifications agree with contract scope.
• Responds to general contractor's requests concerning our scope limits.
• Trades stacking and phasing and influences project scheduling.
• Manpower loading and maintaining the two week look-ahead schedule.
• Time keeping and other administrative duties such as daily reports, submittal log, RFI status.
• Ensures safety and other company programs are implemented and effective.
• Building code compliance.
• Labor and material cost forecasting with project team
• Quality control.
