Job summary

Hercules Industries in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Worker to perform repetitive line assembly and machine-operation tasks to mass-produce sheet metal components and assemble them into finished products.

The role requires the ability to use hand and power tools, operate press brakes and cranes, and to work a Monday–Friday 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in production are preferred, with forklift experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools.
• Operates press brake to form flat sheets.
• Operates automatic fastening machines and devices.
• Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes.
• Operates forklift as required.
