Job summary

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Press Brake Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts starting at $17.50 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate the press brake, perform quality checks, and help with machine setups and packaging of finished parts. The role requires reading a tape measure and blueprints, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure, scales and blueprints.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and JSA.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and related machines to fabricate sheet metal parts.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production paperwork.
• Assist with machine setups and adjustments; package finished parts.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
