Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a sheet metal fabrication environment. You will apply broad expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic automation systems to keep plant operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Broad mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities required across multiple systems.
• Experience with industrial hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Welding/fabrication experience (MIG, Stick preferred).
• Bearings, lubrication systems, and alignment knowledge.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical failures.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
• Install, align, and rebuild industrial equipment.
• Work with operations, engineering, and maintenance planning teams.
