Qualifications

• Trade School Certification or Associates preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Electrician/Multi-craft Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of plant utility systems maintenance and operations
• Ability to read prints/technical drawings
• 3-phase and control power and basic I/O
• Knowledge of relay logic, DC drives and PLC systems
• Safety mindset and adherence to procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and perform basic troubleshooting using drawings, diagrams, and manuals
• Repair and maintain machinery and electrical equipment (motors, conveyors, controls)
• Install, maintain and repair electrical circuits and conduit
• Inspect and test electrical systems for safety and efficiency
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
• Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain logs and housekeeping of shop and production areas
• Support production teams to ensure top quality materials and processes
