This onsite role requires a high school diploma or trade schooling, 4 years of apprenticeship or 5 years related experience, and MA Sheet Metal License. The hourly rate is $48.46, with comprehensive benefits under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent trade schooling.
• 4 years of apprenticeship in sheet metal trades or 5 years of related experience.
• Massachusetts Sheet Metal License - Master M1 or J1 Journeymen, required to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Lays out and fabricates sheet metal parts per sketches or verbal directions.
• Selects gauges and types of sheet metal per product specs.
• Assembles components, fastens joints, and ensures fit and finish.
• Performs bench work including filing, grinding, and deburring.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety rules.
