Position Overview

We are hiring a Level 2 Sheet Metal Mechanic — with 2–4 years of experience — to install hoods, ductwork, fans, and support systems in commercial kitchens across the region. This is a full-time, field-based role located in Norristown, PA.

Responsibilities

1. Read shop drawings and job specifications
2. Install kitchen hoods, duct, fans, and curbs
3. Measure, cut, and assemble components accurately
4. Work on rooftops, ladders, and lifts daily
5. Prepare, load, and lead small scopes of work
6. Support foremen by staying proactive

Qualifications

1. 2–4 years of experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
3. Strong hand tool skills and mechanical awareness
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Excellent communication and follow-through skills
6. Reliable attendance and physical readiness

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
