Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $21–$25/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 1 Sheet Metal Mechanic to work under experienced foremen and learn the ropes on real job sites. You’ll install kitchen exhaust hoods, duct, fans, and rooftop systems — not sweep floors or run for coffee.

We don’t care if you came from the military or the shop floor — as long as you’re dependable, teachable, and ready to hustle.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This is field work. You’ll lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in heat or tight spaces, and stay moving. You’ll use hand and power tools and be expected to work smart, safe, and hard — every day.
