Your Role as a Sheet Metal Mechanic

Here's what you'll do as a Sheet Metal Mechanic:

• Install & repair ductwork systems: You will measure, cut, and install metal and flex ducts.
• Fabricate custom components: You'll shape and modify sheet metal with precision tools.
• Seal and test systems: You ensure airtight connections for peak performance.
• Maintain safety and equipment: Safety is key. You follow all company and OSHA standards and proper tool care.
• Support and train teammates: You will help the crew stay efficient and skilled.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ductwork mechanic or closely related field.
• Proficiency in in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
