Job summary

Anchor Fabrication LLC in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking a Sheet Metal Laser Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) to produce quality parts through precise laser cutting operations.

You will read blueprints, inspect parts, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform preventive maintenance while keeping a safe, clean work area. The role may require overtime or shift changes to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Laser operation experience preferred; prior work in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and general math.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

About The Role
