Crete United in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience and be comfortable working on HVAC and mechanical systems on diverse job sites.

Responsibilities include installing ductwork per plans, reading blueprints, measuring, fabricating, and coordinating with other trades to ensure safe, code‑compliant installations.

• 3+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and sheet metal practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ability to accurately measure, lay out, and install sheet metal.
• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
