Responsibilities

• Ensures that crew maintains professional relations with Owner, Engineer, and other team members
• Builds job by plans and specifications as directed by supervisor
• Develops and communicates an effective plan with Superintendent for area of responsibility
• Preplans and schedules craft activities on a daily basis
• Assures proper storage of materials and rented equipment
• Operates and maintains equipment under their control
• Reviews Miss Utility policy and ensures compliance
• Executes and follows safety guidelines
• Assists in training and development of workers
• Supervises journeymen and laborers to maintain productivity and quality
