Job summary

Hopkins | Lacy, the mechanical, electrical, plumbing division of Branch Group, is seeking a Sheet Metal Field Superintendent to lead field operations with the Project Manager, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will supervise field crew, perform hands-on installation, and promote safety while aligning with contract documents and site plans.

The role requires 8-10 years in construction with 3-5 years in supervision, plus a valid driver’s license and a preferred Sheet Metal license.

Qualifications

• Master’s license in Sheet Metal preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 8-10 years’ construction experience.
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License / Branch Group approved status.

Responsibilities

• Perform field supervision while hands-on installation.
• Schedule, control costs and manage resources on project.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company guidelines.
• Develop and communicate Grand Plan / Schedule of operation.
• Maintain professional relations with owner, engineers and team.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce OSHA / local standards.
