Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to provide overall direction for field installation, oversee field labor, quality control, and safety, ensuring adherence to the contracted scope.

The role requires managing multiple crews, coordinating plan-reading and material take-off, and ensuring timely completion with safety as a priority. Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced facility construction environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 2+ crews of 2–3 workers each.
• Verifiable experience on projects of $500K+.
• Minimum of 3 years' craft supervision in similar facility construction.
• Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry players and competitive landscape.
• Ability to multitask and take on duties outside the scope when needed.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to operations meetings.
• Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
• Material, tool, and equipment handling, including ordering and receiving.
• Ensure contracts scope aligns with drawings and specs.
• Address General Contractor requests related to scope limits.
• Manage two-week look-ahead scheduling and manpower loading.
• Complete timekeeping and admin duties (daily reports, JSA, etc.).
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and effective.
• Ensure building code compliance and quality control.
• Manage to budget and schedule while maintaining safety.
