Qualifications

• Experience in oilfield fabrication and machine shop work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Layout, measure, and mark sheet metal per templates.
• Operate light metalworking machines (shears, brakes, punches, drill press).
• Use laser or plasma cutting to cut sheet metal.
• Fit and join parts to fabricate products.
• Install sheet metal per specs and codes.
• Finish seams and surfaces for smoothness.
• Inspect quality and installation conformance.
• Assist in welding and electrical shops as needed.
• Run errands and help with material pickups.
