Upstream Data US Inc. in Casper, WY, is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing U.S. operations. You will fabricate and assemble metal components to exact specifications, reading drawings and using metalworking tools.

The role requires experience in oilfield fabrication, ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll contribute to quality and safety while supporting various shop tasks.

Formación

• Experience in oilfield fabrication and manufacturing settings.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; self-starter.
• Proficiency with metalworking machinery and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings, sketches, and work specifications.
• Lay out, measure, and mark sheet metal according to templates and drawings.
• Operate light metalworking machines including shears, brakes, punches, and drill press.
• Utilize laser or plasma cutting equipment to cut sheet metal.
• Fit and join sheet metal parts to fabricate products.
• Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
• Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces for smooth finishes.
• Inspect product quality and installation for conformance to specs.
• Perform general shop maintenance and assist welding/electrical shops as needed.
• Run errands and assist with material pickups as required.
• Any other duties as assigned.
