CDI custom curb adapters, the nation’s fastest curb manufacturer in the HVAC industry, is seeking a skilled metal fabrication associate. You will cut, bend, fabricate, and fold sheet metal to assemble components for finished products in a safety-focused production area.

The role requires operating laser, press brake, and turret machines, reading blueprints, inspecting parts, and maintaining equipment. A minimum of 1 year in metal fabrication, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 70

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-year experience operating laser, press brake/turret or other metal fabrication tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently & lift 70 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Safe operation of laser, press brake/turret machine and various other tools used to complete project.
• Create quality and accurate cuts/bends/folds according to blueprints.
• Follow and enforce all CDI safety rules and regulations; ensure equipment is set up and used safely.
• Operate forklift, if required and certified.
• Performs inspections on product before, during, and after the build according to CDI standards.
• Monitor functionality of equipment and request maintenance when required.
• Perform basic and preventative maintenance and repair as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
