Job summary

Ipsen International Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Mechanic to coordinate and perform the layout, setup, and operation of fabrication equipment to manufacture metal components per drawings and schedules.

You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, and ensure safety, quality and timely production while maintaining required standards and procedures within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, work orders, and fabrication instructions.
• Accurately measure and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components per blueprints and specs.
• Set up and operate fabrication/machining equipment to produce parts within tolerances.
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
