Job summary

ITW in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to set up and run turrets, punches, presses, lasers, and related equipment. You must read blueprints, use measuring tools, and work as part of a team, willing to cross-train in other areas.

Overtime of 10–12 hours may be required to meet production needs. The role requires good eyesight, hand dexterity, and the ability to stand up to 12 hours while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Applicant must be a team player, self-starter, safety conscious, have good communication skills, innovative, mechanically inclined, understand and be responsible for material ordering and scheduling of orders.

Responsibilities

• Ability to set up and run: turrets, punching machines, presses, press brakes, lasers, shears, and pemnutter.
• Individual must be able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Must be able to comprehend assembly drawings and bills of material.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with minimal training.
