Job summary

SRS is seeking a motivated team member to join the sheet metal fabrication crew in Statesboro, GA. The role requires operating sheet metal machines, handling roofing components, and delivering materials to job sites with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, willing to work outdoors in varying weather, and eager to learn. Transportation to report to the Statesboro office daily is required.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Must have transportation to report to work at Statesboro office each day

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal shear and Schechtl CNC break/folder and a roof panel fabrication machine.
• Fabricate roofing sheet metal requirements for job sites such as downspouts, coping, fascia, cleat.
• Pull or restock materials from Warehouse.
• Operate a forklift.
• Learn and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Make job site deliveries, mobilize and demobilize job sites with material and safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in training and development programs
