Job summary

Aerotek in Everett, WA is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Assembler to build structural metal panels from plans and specifications. The role requires reading blueprints, precise measuring to 1/16 inch, and safe operation of hand and power tools in a noisy shop environment.

The onsite, full-time position offers weekly pay, a lifting requirement of up to 70 pounds, and collaboration with a 2–3 person crew. Benefits are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in siding/roofing/metalworking or assembly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read tape measures to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to select and operate the proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble structural metal building panels in a manufacturing setting.
• Operate hand and power tools effectively.
• Read measuring devices including squares and tape measures.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and work with a 2–3 person team.
