Everett Engineering is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our production team in Everett, WA. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components per engineering drawings and specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, are certified welders with at least 3 years of welding and fabrication experience, and can read drawings. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding and a strong safety mindset are essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified welder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes.
• Physically able to perform welding tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal components and structures following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders, safely and efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal parts.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy, making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Test and evaluate welded components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and requirements.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices in the use of welding equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, production supervisors, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues.
