Mission Critical Group is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman to lead the enclosure skin panel production for modular buildings on site at BLC2. You will oversee manual and CNC shear and press brake operations, ensuring precise bending and joining of panels.

The Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman manages the shearing and custom-bending lines that produce the protective enclosure skin of the modular building. This position coordinates machine schedules to supply both high-volume standard panels and unique custom interior and exterior profiles to downstream building lines.The Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman is accountable for the precision shearing, cutting, bending, and pre-fabrication of both standard and custom interior and exterior building panels. This role ensures a continuous, defect-free supply of custom-formed sheet metal components is ready for downstream assembly in thework shopand construction yard.
