TheMetal Shop Supervisorprovidesstrategic leadershipandoperational oversightfor all metal shop activities on a designated shift.This role is accountable for driving production throughput, implementing continuous process improvements, and ensuring all projects meet rigorous customer deadlines and quality standards. The Supervisor exercises direct authority over Metal Shop LeadsandMetal Shoppersonnel, ensuring that every product aligns with precise client specifications and internal quality controls prior to shipment.As a primary leader on the production floor, the incumbent manages resource allocation,is responsible forshiftsafety, and personnel development tomaintaina high-performance culture. While this is a non-exempt role with standard 40-hour work weeks, it requires a high degree of flexibility to accommodate mandatory overtime, including evenings and weekends, to meet critical production milestones. The supervisor will be assigned to either the first or second shift operation.
