Job summary

Titan Air LLLP in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing assembler to build and install door assemblies with hardware, following blueprints and specifications. You will measure and trim components, operate foaming equipment and power tools, and work closely with team members on the shop floor.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of heating, cooling, and ventilating systems.
• Verify work orders with blueprints, materials, and production schedule.
• Communicate with and assist other workers in the area.

• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Perform necessary quality checks as required.
• Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment.
• Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in the work area.
• Ability to work with others and alone in a safe manner.

• Operate door foaming equipment to foam inject doors
• Learn, read, understand, and assemble door with hardware following blueprints.
• Be able to read and apply tape measure readings
• Be able to operate power tools as required
• Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work well with others
• Be able to work efficiently in manufacturing environment
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail
