Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Madison, GA, is seeking energetic individuals to join a state-of-the-art fabrication facility as Production Operator in the manufacturing of commercial steel doors, frames, and related sheet metal components.

Ideal candidates will be trained in setup, operation and control of a variety of production equipment, with hands-on instruction in multiple sheet metal fabrication techniques and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sheet metal machinery in a production setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and calibrate to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings.
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Keep records of approved and defective units.
• Read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics.
