Qualifications

• Experience installing sheet metal decking on steel framing.
• Capable of nationwide travel (100%).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work at heights up to 40 ft.

Description

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Welder to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Accurately report time and attendance using technology
• Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk
• Use hands to handle and grip equipment and tools
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and balance
• Stoop, kneel, crouch
• Talk and hear
• Lift more than seventy-five pounds (75 lbs.)

Work Environment:

• Work on construction sites
• Work at heights greater than forty feet (40 ft.)
• Outdoor weather conditions (Heat and Cold)
• Work with hand, power, pneumatic and powder actuated tools

Requirements

Work Schedule:
