Job summary

Metal Design is seeking a Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. You will install sheet metal components on a variety of sites, reading blueprints and ensuring precision.

With hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn techniques, measure materials, and operate a range of tools to complete projects safely and on schedule. Our team emphasizes craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous learning, offering growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install sheet metal products including, but not limited to, panels, gutters, downspouts, and flashing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Safely operate hand and power tools required for installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
