Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Machine Operator on the 3rd shift to join the Omaha, NE team. The role involves operating CNC machinery to fabricate sheet metal parts, reading engineering prints, and inputting machine parameters. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of CNC operator experience are required.

Salary is $21.00 per hour. Shift is 7:00am-5:30pm, with benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement savings with company match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of CNC Machine Operator experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Omaha, NE will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Reference engineering prints or drawings.
• Input program parameters into machine.
• Operate a press brake, laser cutter, and/or assist in deburring process.
• Operate a forklift to move raw material.
• Use precision measuring devices to verify material.
