RenewAire in Madison, WI, is seeking a Sheet Metal Cell (SMC) Lead to guide fabrication of parts for energy recovery ventilation systems. You will coordinate workflow across fabrication cells, lead prove-out, and support maintenance, driving safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on fabrication experience with lasers, punches, panel benders and press brakes, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of fabrication experience on lasers, punches, panel benders and press brakes.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical leader within the fabrication team and coach technicians.
• Coordinate workflow across fabrication cells and communicate with leadership.
• Lead machine operation during prove-out and document results.
• Support maintenance and resolve downtime and parts production issues.
• Promote safe work practices and a positive work environment.
