Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc., a Marsden Holding Company, in Cincinnati, is seeking a Sheet Metal BIM Coordinator to join their HVAC team. You will work with project managers and subcontractors to develop accurate 2D and 3D BIM drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for commercial projects.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with HVAC codes, and the ability to coordinate with field teams. Full-time benefits are offered in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Revit specifically in sheet metal.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Experience generating accurate 2D and 3D production drawings.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D sheet metal drawings using Revit with Fabrication Ductwork.
• Collaborating on the coordination of new construction or renovation of commercial buildings, translating concepts into detailed 2D and 3D renderings.
• Participation in meetings with Project Managers, General Contractors, and fellow subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local and city commercial HVAC codes.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and field conditions.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files.
• Assist with material takeoffs and project documentation as needed.

We specialize in commercial and industrial HVAC installation, retrofit, and mechanical systems. Our team is growing—and we're looking for experienced Sheet Metal BIM Coordinator to join us.

The Sheet Metal BIM Coordinatorwill work closely with Project Managers, Foreman, General Contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, code-compliant HVAC system designs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD, a strong understanding of commercial HVAC codes, and the ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D production drawings.

Schedule

• Full-time, exempt, 40 hours/week
• Typical workday is 7:00am – 4:00pm
