We are seeking a Sheet Metal BIM/CAD Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with project management and engineering staff to use computer-aided design (CAD) software to convert contract documents into 3D models of sheet metal and ductwork for fabrication and installation.

Essential Duties:

• Understand project contract documents and create 3D representations of:
• Equipment models
• Installation drawings
• Hanger drawings
• Pad drawings
• Spool sheets
• As-builts
• Read and interpret mechanical submittals related to projects
• Attend project meetings as a company representative
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Software proficiency in:
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
