Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking production team members to perform production and assembly tasks on various parts and materials. Team members must be able to stand on a cement floor for long hours and use vibration and air-powered tools safely.

You will lift up to 60 pounds, operate presses and other large machinery, assemble parts with air guns and drills, and follow all safety and plant rules. This is an on-site role with potential overtime on a 4x10 schedule (Mon–Thu 6:00am–4:30pm).

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and maintain stamina.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds as needed for production.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Assemble parts using air guns, power drills, and power screwdrivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts and clean parts/finished models.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain regular attendance.
