The Fabrication department focuses on assembling structural parts of our products, meeting strict quality standards and on-time shipping. The Sheet Metal Assembler role works 6AM-2:30PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years fabrication/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and parts lists.
• Strong safety, quality, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and parts lists to assemble and bolt parts using proper hardware.
• Install and align doors, covers, hinges, latches, and gaskets per client specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work area.
• Coordinate with foreman to document engineering/fabrication problems that may cause delays.
• Contribute ideas to supervisors to drive continuous improvements.
