• Experience in commercial sheet metal or fabrication is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, modification, and repair of sheet metal products, HVAC ducts, hoods, and ventilation components.
• Assemble, insulate, solder, bolt, and secure ductwork and sheet metal components according to specifications.
• Perform operational checks and inspections to verify installation, airflow, and workmanship.
• Prepare, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure vehicles are stocked with supplies.
• Follow OSHA regulations and PPE requirements on all job sites.
• Safely operate hand tools, cutting tools, drills, and sheet metal equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, job logs, and reports accurately and timely.
• Learn sheet metal fabrication, cutting, assembly, and installation methods.
• Understand basic drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Work effectively with team members and adapt to various duties.
