Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to start a Sheet Metal Apprentice program in Chandler, AZ. You will learn to shape, cut, and install ductwork for HVAC systems on commercial projects, while earning competitive pay and progressing through regular raises.

No experience is required—training is provided alongside mentors on hospitals, high-rise offices, and other facilities. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career-long growth in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete on-the-job and classroom training.

Responsibilities

• Shape, cut, and install ductwork and other metal components for HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Assist journeyman sheet metal workers on projects and follow safety standards.
• Learn fabrication and installation techniques through in-house and field training.
