Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervising employees in manufacturing/production or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or containerboard industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team with a focus on safety, health, environmental, and quality.
• Promote the PBM philosophy in daily operations.
• Drive safety through employee involvement, ownership, and accountability; investigate incidents.
• Coach and develop operations staff in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste at machine centers by following best practices.
• Coordinate cross-department interactions to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for all hourly production employees; provide feedback and resolve issues.
