MCC in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a Lithographic Press Operator to manufacture printed labels while monitoring quality and press conditions.

You will operate Komori 6 Color sheetfed presses, perform makeready, adjust components, and ensure production meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Team-based work environment required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurement data.
• Good command of English; follow written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum 2 years of sheet-fed press experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Komori 6 Color sheetfed presses safely and efficiently.
• Complete makeready and adjust feeders, delivery, and related components.
• Replace worn rollers and adjust roller pressure.
• Wash blankets and clean ink distribute rollers and fountains.
• Make color and register corrections to meet quality specs.
• Read job specs to determine setup materials.
• Instruct junior press assistants and perform routine maintenance.
