Job summary

Allied Plastics in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Sheet Extrusion Production Supervisor to lead the sheet extrusion department, coach staff, and balance safety, quality, and productivity on a hands-on manufacturing floor.

The ideal candidate has five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read production documents and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read production documents, work orders, and quality procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on in manufacturing and outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and support employees in the sheet extrusion department.
• Manage daily priorities, staffing, equipment, and material requirements.
• Monitor extrusion rates, setup times, output, and scrap; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, and quality documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in Safety Committee.
• Coordinate with HR and manage timecards and attendance.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
