Job summary

Amcor in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Extrusion (Blown Film) department on a day shift (Mon–Fri). You will lead safety, quality, and productivity efforts, managing systems, equipment and personnel to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, optimizing schedules, and promoting a high-performance culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or related roles, with SAP experience valued.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in operations, manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production supervision or quality preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and uphold safety policies with EHS Manager.
• Oversee daily production and ensure goals are met.
• Manage shift production schedules and staffing for efficiency.
• Monitor quality, process conformance, and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data using dashboards and SAP to inform decisions.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals for team members.
