Job summary

Colleges Farm and Estate is seeking an ambitious, motivated and conscientious applicant to join the Colleges Farm and Estate team and become the lead for the development and management of the 150-ewe sheep enterprise.

This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day care and management of the flock, with responsibilities including grazing and forage planning, lambing, flock health, record keeping and general estate upkeep.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role in a cattle/sheep flock environment (supplied by the farm).
• Experience in grazing and forage planning, lambing, flock health, and record keeping.
• Commitment to high standards of animal welfare, safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the 150-ewe sheep enterprise.
• Support day-to-day care and management of the flock.
• Maintain records, monitor welfare, and contribute to estate upkeep.
